For those who want to take the first steps in the world of Ferrata, the famous “Roda di Vael” ferrata has the right features: relatively simple but breathtaking in the heart of the Catinaccio group.
We will leave together from Pozza di Fassa, up with cable car where the adventure starts, in max safety thanks to the help and experience of the Alpine Guides who will accompany you along the way.

Programma dettagliato

Meeting point: 8 am Sport Check Point Pozza di Fassa.
Return: 14:00 pm

The price includes the accompaniment of the Mountain Guide and the Ferrata kit. Cable car ticket is not included in the price.

Difficulty level: MEDIUM – minimum age is 10 years old

Our mountain guide school “Guide Alpine Val di Fassa” is based in Canazei, right in the heart of the Dolomites. We are a professional team of Mountain Guides and Local Guides who have turned their passion into a profession!

In the present site only a small selection of our activities is presented, in order to provide you with some useful examples and suggestions. We are at your disposal to choose together the most appropriate excursion,according to your skills and expectations, were you a beginner or an experienced alpinist.

Our programmes cover both summer and winter and do include guided ascents of the most famous Dolomites and Alps summits, rock climbing stages, via ferratas, one day or multiday treks, ski mountaineering tours, freeride and steep skiing stages, snowshoes hikes and ice climbing.
