We offer you a training day to get in touch with the mountain, to learn how to live it at best! Along the way, the Alpine Guide will teach you the basic elements for climbing and walking safely, showing you how to make different knots on ropes and how to deal with emergency and danger situations. There will also be a chance to try short and simple climbs to put the theory into practice.

Programma dettagliato

Meeting time: 8:30 am at the Tonale Evolution Office
Expected return: 5 pm
The price includes Mountain Guide instructions and necessary equipment (harness, rope, helmet)
Note: you must arrange for a packed lunch.
Note: There is a possibility to take the lifts to reach high altitude quicker.
