Descrizione

The tour we offer is extremely scenic and provides 1200m of altitude difference with a total length of 35km. We will leave from the fantastic Alpine scenery of the two lakes of Coredo and Tavon. We will descend to the hermitage of San Romedio where we will stop for a short visit to this sanctuary considered one of the most characteristic hermitages in Europe. Next to the Verdes River we will climb to the summit to the Sette Larici Town, in the heart of Predaia’s forests. Through dirt trails we will pass by several picturesque mountain huts such as Malga Coredo and Malga Tres. Panoramic views of the Brenta Group and the Maddalena group will open along the entire route. A fun descent will take us back to Coredo, passing through Ai Todes’Ci refuge and the village of Smarano.

Meeting time: 9:00 am at the Coredo Two Lakes
Return: Approximately 1:00 pm
The price includes the accompaniment of the Mtb Guide. We can arrange for refreshments in a hut or, alternatively, you can bring a packed lunch.
We offer the possibility of renting the E-Bike (35 euros) which will make the tour suitable even for the less trained!

The passion for the mountain biking has led us to create the association Predaia Bike Team with the aim of promoting and supporting the development of this discipline in Val di Non and, in particular, on the plateau of Predaia. The plateau of Predaia, as its name, which derives from the dialect “pradaia” or grass, is characterized by vast green meadows surrounded by thick forests that make it ideal for hiking and mountain biking. Its particular topography, characterized by gentle undulations but also by steep slopes, allows fans of Mountain Bike to face very different paths, from those quieter to the one more challenging. The tour goes through the historical and environmental sites such as the hermitage of S.Romedio, Bragher Castle, Castel Thun, the lakes of Coredo and many small villages scattered on the plateau.
