Descrizione

We propose a wonderful two day excursion to the Cimonega mountain range, between the provinces of Trento and Belluno. The itinerary follows a series of rocky walls with a variable altitude between 2200 and 2300 mt and a maximum difficulty of second degree, offering a breathtaking view of the Pale San Martino, to the north, and the Belluno Dolomites. On the first day we will meet at Rifugio Fonteghi, in Val Noana, at 9.00 am and we can walk to Loc. Scaorin, passing by the old huts used in the last century for the forage and that are now the kingdom of chamois. Then we reach the Malva Neva and the Boz refuge, where we will stay over night.
On the morning of the second day, we will climb to Cadin, the grassy basin at the base of the west wall of the Sass de Mura. From there, we reach the northern corner, the east end the south corners.

Mountain Guides in our area are called “Eagles.” Our group – Eagles Alpine Guides of San Martino and Primiero – already born in 1881, founded by four people from Primiero who have written memorable pages of mountain climbing: Michele Bettega, Bortolo Zagonel, Antonio Tavernaro, Giuseppe Zecchini. Today we are about forty specialized professionals in all mountain disciplines that can take you for excursions, trekking, climbing safely and climbs the Pale di San Martino and the Dolomites. The summer program is intense with varied activities and plans for any kind of experience and ability, from nature excursions in the Natural Park Paneveggio Pale di San Martino to classical and rock climbing courses. In winter, we offer exciting snowshoeing in the most fascinating areas in the surroundings of San Martino and Passo Rolle ski tours as well as tours.

The Alpine Guides are great storytellers, faithful guardians of the secrets of the mountain and enjoy sharing them on trips together. A day spent with us is not only the discovery of the territory, but also of their people, customs and traditions.
