The Malga Alta di Pellizzano, in the heart of the Brenta Dolomites, with a stunning view of Mount Vioz and Mount Cevedale, is the ideal place for those who want to experience the “Cheesemaker” experience for a day, from the milking to the preparation of the cheese, discovering all the secrets of the production of an excellent alpine cheese.
Among the products, we will prepare the Casolet with raw milk, typical product of Val di Sole par excellence, ricotta and butter. After finishing the activity we will sit at the table for a tasty lunch! We are waiting for you!

Detailed plan

Meeting time: 8:00 am at Malga Alta. Possibility to reach it by car (permission is required) or 30 minutes walk from the lake of Caprioli.
Lunch in Malga: 12:00 pm.
The price includes a demonstration of the casaro and lunch (drinks excluded).

Our riding school would like to show you the world from a different perspective … from the saddle!

The riding center offers different types of activities: Approach to the wonderful world of horses lessons, riding lessons and pony games, relaxing nature walks and for children the “baptism of the saddle” on the ponies.

Activities for everyone, beginners and experts, with Western and English riding.

We are an official Riding Center affiliated to FITETREC – ANTE (Italian Equestrian Tourism Federation) with stable, covered sand field, round pen and paddock.

The stable, large and airy, it is equipped with numerous posts and wooden box, where we can accommodate, in addition to our, also customer horses. Three fields in sand are used for teaching or for the start and finish of the walks; in the spacious grass paddock the horses can relax and run into the wild.

And if it rains … we go riding in the covered field, elegant, spacious and all in wood.

Upon request, we are willing to offer transfer service to the Center with our minibus.
