If you are fascinated from climbing on ice and want to experience new emotions, let yourself be guided by a mountain guide Pinzolo Val Rendena – Mountain Friends: he will accompany you to discover the most beautiful waterfalls in Trentino.
It seems almost a magical world of fairy tales, where the water and frost create extraordinary structures. A parallel world which then vanish with the arrival of spring. They are called “crystal walls” and are the ice architectures that are formed on the slopes of the Val di Daone where in winter it is not reached by the sun. To climb these enchanted castles takes experience, technique and the necessary skills to climb safely and efficiently. In Val di Daone there are about 130 waterfalls that in summer are a real spectacle of nature, while in winter they become the ideal setting for ice climbing.
What can give you more emotion than ice climbing?! A fun and alternative sport that is worth experiencing. For those who want to learn this discipline and the technique of climbing vertical ice, Alpine Guides Mountain Friends are available to teach climbing techniques, proper use of equipment and maneuvers that you must know to climb in total safety.
