What is better than a break from the chaos of everyday life? What we propose is two days immersed in the uncontaminated nature of the Val di Non, in the name of sport and relax. It will be an opportunity to learn the basic technique of Nordic Walking, relax at our Wellness Center and enjoy genuine and refined cuisine!
In short, two days in Val di Non to regenerate body and soul!

Programma dettagliato

Day 1
– 2.00 pm meeting at Hotel Cavallino Bianco – Rumo, room arrangement;
– 4.00 pm lecture on basic Nordic Walking techniques around the hotel;
– When returning, relax at the wellness center (heated pool, outdoor whirlpool, steam bath, bio sauna and sauna);
– 7.00 pm dinner;

Day 2
– 9:30 am, after breakfast, Nordic Walking walk along the “Ziro del Lez”, a route that runs along the ancient irrigation channel of Rumo, leaving and walking directly from the hotel;
– 1:00 pm, buffet lunch, afternoon relaxation at the wellness center and departure.
