Description

Ski mountaineering is one of the oldest and most popular disciplines to do in the winter season. We propose a simple trip, suitable for everyone to try this sport and discover our mountains in different ways, with mountaineering skis on the feet. The tour that we propose is very panoramic, from Valles Pass (2030 m) we will climb to the Col Margherita (2545 m). The mountains that we will have the chance to admire are Cima Uomo, Marmolada, Civetta Cima, Cima Focobon and Mulaz, Pale di San Martino, just to name a few.

The climb is not demanding, about 500 meters and you can get down from the beaten tracks.
We hope many of you will come.

Detailed plan

9:30am, meeting at the Passo Valles, near the refuge – Rifugio Capanna Passo Valles. We will do a briefing on skiing techniques and equipment check.
2pm, returning to the cars on the Passo Valles. The time is variable and much will depend on your level of fitness.

We offer the equipment available for rent. We reserve the right to change the route depending on snow conditions to ensure maximum safety.
