Imagine to regenerate soul and body immersed in the uncontaminated nature of Adamello Brenta Park. If the idea excites you, this is the experience that suits you.
We leave from the parking lot of the Al Capriolo Restaurant and we start the trekking (about 300 m in altitude difference), for secondary trails, to Lake Tovel, the spectacular water mirror set between the Brenta Dolomites.
After a barefoot sensory walk in contact with mother earth, the ice-cold waters of the lake await the most daring for an exciting bath that seals the connection between your body, your soul and nature.
Relaxing the muscle and releasing tensions, we immerse ourselves in a meditation and yoga experience.

9:00 am: Meeting at Al Capriolo Restaurant and arrival at Lake Tovel
11:30 am: mediation lesson and yoga
12:45 pm: end of activity
Following the activity you will be able to stay in order to taste local produce
The price includes the accompaniment and Yoga instructions
